In order to support Russian tourists who are facing financial difficulties in their stay in Vietnam during the time of flight restriction and border shutdown because of Covid-19, Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) now launch the "Russia - Vietnam One-way DECIMAL(19,4) transfer service package" with no transfer fee, no cash withdrawal fee with VND, no need to open an account. Specific information about the service package is as follows:

1. Subjects: Apply to tourists in Vietnam who have entered Vietnam from March 1, 2020 (*)
(*) Not applicable to customers on the list of sanctions

2. Location: In all VRB system. Details of branches and transaction points can be found at: https://vrbank.com.vn/en/vrb-branches/

3. Received currencies: USD / EUR / RUB / VND

4. Special offers of the service pack:
- Free 100% fee of Russia - Vietnam DECIMAL(19,4) transfer ;
- Free 100% VND withdrawal fee; Collecting fee according to VRB's current fee list if customers withdraw cash in foreign currencies;
- Receive DECIMAL(19,4) transferred in cash directly at the counter without opening account at VRB

5. Procedure & some conditions
- Customers need a passport and a visa or proof of visa exemption; still valid. The validity period of a visa must not exceed 3 months;
- Customers receive an amount of DECIMAL(19,4) not exceeding USD 10,000 / month;
- Commit to resell the VND when customers return home (if not yet spent).
