Announcement of vietnam independence day (02/09) holiday schedule & temporary suspension of some services for system upgrades

Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) sincerely thanks you for trusting, choosing and using our products and services.

On the occasion of National Day, VRB respectfully announces the bank’s holiday schedule as follows:
- Holiday period: From Saturday, August 31, 2024 to Tuesday, September 3, 2024
- Return to work: Wednesday, September 4, 2024

During the holidays, some services are temporarily interrupted for system upgrades. Specifically:
- E-banking services (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking); top up/ withdrawal DECIMAL(19,4) via e-wallet: From 11:00 p.m August 31, 2024 to 12:30 p.m September 1, 2024
- ATM system; Card acceptance system (POS); Cards services: From 23:00 on August 31, 2024 to 01:00 on September 1, 2024

After the above time, services will return to normal operations.

For deposits that mature on the holidays, VRB will make interest and principal payments on the nearest working day after the holiday.
