Joint Venture Bank Vietnam-Russia reached the top 'Trusted enterprise' (Sample)

This bank was awarded a credit rating thanks to its strong financial capacity and good risk management in 2015.
The Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) has just been awarded a certificate of "Top 10 Most Trusted Enterprises in Vietnam within the Economic Sector in 2015" and a corporate credit rating certificate by the Center for Corporate Credit Assessment.

To rank the top 10, the Center reviewed and assessed hundreds of enterprises with strong brands and financial performance in the market. The selection was then based on numerous criteria including financial capacity, risk management, leadership management capabilities, human resource policies, brand building and development, development strategy, international cooperation, social responsibility, etc.

Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank was certified as one of the top 500 most promising businesses in Vietnam in 2016.

Previously, VRB was awarded the title of Top 500 Most Promising Enterprises in Vietnam in 2016 (Best Prospect 500 ranking) by Vietnam Report, receiving high praise for its revenue, growth rate, and other criteria such as profitability and total assets.

The Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank's inclusion in such rigorous rankings alongside major names demonstrates its capabilities and operational quality, affirming its significant position among joint venture banks in Vietnam.

Established in 2006, VRB is a joint venture between two leading banks of Vietnam and the Russian Federation: the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) and VTB (formerly Vneshtorgbank). VRB's charter capital has increased from US$10 million at its inception to US$168.5 million (equivalent to VND 3,000 billion) at present.

After nearly 10 years of stable operation and effective business, with its products and services (especially the Vietnam-Russia bilateral payment service), VRB is considered an important intermediary financial institution in connecting and promoting investment activities of Vietnamese and Russian economic groups and businesses, countries belonging to the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), as well as countries belonging to the Eurasian Economic Union.

Currently, VRB's charter capital is approximately US$168.5 million (equivalent to VND 3,000 billion).
