Customers are Vietnamese citizens or foreign individuals.
They must have the ability to repay the bank loan.
They must be the registered owner of the vehicle for which VRB provides the loan.
Customers must provide loan collateral and purchase insurance in accordance with VRB regulations and other conditions.

Proof of personal informationValid ID card/passport of the customer and their spouse.
Proof of residenceCertificate of residence OR citizen information in the national population database OR other equivalent documents
Marital statusA certified copy of the marriage certificate or certificate of single status.
For foreign customersValid passport, documents proving the foreigner is permitted to live/work in Vietnam, and the duration of their stay/work in Vietnam.
